a little book of prose-poetry ... 66

You needn't ask
If I'm having fun
Rattling a fence
In the noonday sun.
You can easily see
I'm a carefree kid,
Just being me.
It's what kids do
When allowed to be.
Together, at dinner,
In reverence all,
We'll thank God
For His presence,
His loving care:
It's this I love best,
It's this we all share.
